Depart Hobart
Pick up from your Hobart accommodation, hotel, or cruise terminal. Travel south through the scenic Huon Valley toward Kettering (about 40 minutes).
Board the Bruny Island Ferry
The vehicle ferry runs from Kettering to Roberts Point every 20–30 minutes. The crossing takes about 15 minutes and offers beautiful views of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel.
The Neck Lookout & Truganini Memorial
Start with the island's most iconic view. Walk the timber steps up the narrow isthmus for a 360-degree panorama of ocean, beach, and dunes.
